Shipping and Delivery

  • We will make our best endeavors to ship all via Australia Post and with tracking within 3 business days of purchasing your item (excluding Made to Measure & Non ready made Miss Anne items). International packages have limited tracking with Australia Post.
  • Made to Measure items require 3 weeks making time at our design studio. For urgent orders please contact us.
  • Miss Anne styles that are not ready made require 2-3 months make time. Please read the product description carefully to see if this applies to you.
  • Tracking information will be received by email.
  • Fragile item's are placed in protective packaging so your item's travel to you in perfect condition.
  • Shipping is calculated once you have entered your package destination at the checkout (generally between AU$10-25)
  • Please check the Australia Post website for delivery time frames.
  • Contact us to upgrade to Express delivery.

Returns & Exchange Policy (Online Only)

We want you to be happy with your purchase so we are willing to fully refund or exchange any item purchased from Camilla Jayne as per the following Terms and Conditions;

1. Returns will be accepted if the item does not fit or the item was not as described and is returned within 25 days of the initial purchase. This excludes Made to Measure items.

2. Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged or there are any marks or smells on the item due to trying it on without due care and/or poor storage while the item is in your possession. Please be especially careful with white or light coloured dresses as unfortunately we can not refund you for garments with makeup stains etc. No returns or exchange on sale items. 

3. Refunds will be given in the same manner the sale was made. Please note that when using payment gateways, such as Stripe and PayPal, it can take 5-10 days for the money to appear back in your account. Please refer to their websites for further information on this. 

4. Postage cost for items to be exchanged or returned are to be covered by the customer.

5. Made to Measure items are made specifically for you at the time you place your order so unfortunately we can not refund unless the item is faulty or not as described. We will accept your return for change of mind in exchange for store credit lasting 12 months to be used on another Made to Measure garment or our ready to wear items. Item must be returned within 25 days of receiving the item.

6. Sometimes items become out of stock before we are able to update the website stock levels. If we can't re-stock within 1 day we will notify you of any wait time or process a refund. We do apologise for any inconvenience. If you would like to clarify the availability of any item before purchasing online please email us at camidesignsplus@gmail.com 

7. Purchases made with a Gift Voucher can not be refunded for cash. We can renew your Gift Voucher online code to make another purchase at a later time once the item is returned. 


Returns Policy (In Store)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully;

  1. Returns will be accepted if the item was not as described or incorrect item is sent/given and is returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  2. Returns are given as store credit or exchange unless item is faulty.
  3. Returns will not be accepted if you change your mind after delivery/purchase, the item is damaged after purchase or there are any marks or smells on the item due to trying it on without due care and/or other poor storage while it is in your possession.
  4. Refunds will be given in the same manner the sale was made if the item is faulty.
  5. Postage cost for items to be exchanged or returned are to be covered by the customer.
  6. Orders require a 50% deposit of total order at the time order is placed. Remaining 50% is paid prior to delivery. Orders cancelled forfeit the deposit amount.
  7. Camilla Jayne accepts the following forms of payment: Cash (in store only),Pay Pal(online only); Visa; Master Card; debit card, money order(online only); bank transfer (online only); or any other financial transfer instrument agreed to in advance.
  8. Prices are quoted at the time of an order or in the Invoice and is valid for ten days. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Products are available on a first come, first buy basis and are not guaranteed to be in stock.
  9. Cost of shipping is dependent on the total order cost, weight of the order, and shipment destination. There is no flat rate shipping fee. Customer agrees that Camilla Jayne will not be responsible any delivery loss or damage.
  10. Camilla Jayne makes no warranties, express, implied or otherwise. Refund of price paid or replacement of product is the exclusive remedy agreed to by customer. Camilla Jayne shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on these products. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Camilla Jayne disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of these products or any part thereof, and any warranty of non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
  11. These terms and conditions may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any customer document(s). Any attempt by customer to alter, supplement or amend these terms and conditions or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both customer and Camilla Jayne. Camilla Jayne reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions from time to time with such amendments to apply to all orders received on or after the time of posting the amendments on Camilla Jayne's Internet website.
